Thank You, Jack Herer

One of the most important activists for the last 30 plus years in the struggle for personal freedom and common sense died last month. Jack Herer, author of The Emperor Wears No Cloths, died at age 70 on April 15, 2010. His book, though repressed by the mainstream, enlightened hundreds of thousands to the benefits of cannabis and to the manipulation and deceits of certain corporate entities and elite political concerns during the last century.

The information Mr. Herer exposed in his book was very important to my understanding of the world, and to the writing of my own book. I pray others will follow his lead and have the courage and ability to continue the struggle for practical agricultural, drug, and energy policies, and to expose the hypocritical and criminal elements of our elected and appointed officials and their ties to corporate profits.

The prohibition of cannabis is one of the keys to understanding who runs the world, why, and how. Repealing the laws enforcing this prohibition will go a long way to creating a more free, honest, and healthy earth and society.
